7. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise required by law.
8. Warranty Information
New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties only.
Bollman Power & Equipment does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer policies, registration requirements, maintenance records, and inspection.
9. Service & Repairs
All service work is subject to technician availability and parts supply.
Customers authorize Bollman Power & Equipment to perform requested repairs and diagnostic work.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated mechanical failures discovered during service.
10. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Returns are not accepted on:

Refunds or exchanges may be considered at management’s discretion.
