Bollman Power & Equipment offers shipping and delivery options for select products. Because many items we sell are large, heavy, or require dealer setup, most equipment is available for in-store pickup or local delivery only unless otherwise stated.

Equipment Purchases
Tractors, mowers, trailers, package deals, and other large equipment:
β’ Are typicallyΒ picked up at our dealership or delivered locally by Bollman Power & Equipment
β’ May require setup, inspection, and orientation prior to delivery
β’ Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and equipment type
β’ Delivery availability and pricing will be discussed before finalizing the sale
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a designated service area around Rock Falls, Illinois.
Delivery fees are based on:
β’ Distance from the dealership
β’ Equipment size and weight
β’ Trailer or transport requirements
Scheduling occurs after purchase or deposit is completed.
Parts & Accessory Shipping
Smaller items such as parts, accessories, tools, and merchandise may be shipped:
β’ Within the continental United States (unless otherwise noted)
β’ Using standard ground carriers
β’ Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately
Expedited shipping may be available upon request.
Processing Time
Orders for in-stock parts and accessories generally ship within:

Special-order items depend on manufacturer availability and freight schedules.
Freight & Large Item Shipping
Some equipment or attachments may require third-party freight carriers.

β’ Customer must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all delivered items at the time of receipt.

β’ Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork
β’ Take photos immediately
β’ Contact us withinΒ 24 hours of delivery if issues are found
Failure to report damage promptly may limit our ability to file freight claims.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

β’ Do not install or operate the product
β’ Keep all packaging materials
We will work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Title & Registration (Trailers)
For trailers requiring title or registration:
β’ Customers are responsible for applicable DMV requirements unless otherwise stated
β’ Taxes, registration fees, and documentation charges are not included in listed prices unless specified
Special Orders
Special-order products may require:
β’ A deposit
β’ Additional lead time
Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery may be delayed due to:
