Bollman Power & Equipment strives to provide quality equipment and excellent service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of power equipment, trailers, and special-order products, most sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Equipment Sales
All new and used equipment sales are final once delivery has occurred or the unit has been picked up by the customer.
Returns are not accepted on:
β’ Tractors
β’ Zero-turn mowers
β’ Utility vehicles
β’ Trailers
β’ Used equipment
β’ Special-order units
Deposits & Special Orders
Deposits may be required to reserve or order equipment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
β’ Deposits on special-order items areΒ non-refundable
β’ Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturer or freight delays
Parts & Accessories
Unused, uninstalled parts and accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase with:
β’ Original receipt
β’ Original packaging
β’ Item in new, resalable condition
Returns may be subject to:
β’ A restocking fee (typically 15β25%)
β’ Non-returnable manufacturer policies
Non-Returnable Parts Include:
β’ Electrical components
β’ Installed parts
β’ Special-order parts
β’ Clearance or discontinued items
β’ Oils, fluids, filters, or chemicals
Apparel & Merchandise
Unworn apparel with tags attached may be returned within 14 days with receipt.
Sale items are final.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:
β’ To the original form of payment whenever possible
β’ Within 7β10 business days after processing
Cash refunds over certain amounts may require management approval.
Service Work & Labor
Labor charges, diagnostic fees, and completed service work are non-refundable.
If you have concerns about service quality, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Warranty Claims
Warranty repairs and replacements are governed by the manufacturerβs warranty policies.
Bollman Power & Equipment does not issue cash refunds for warranty claims unless required by law.
Online Purchases
Items purchased online for in-store pickup follow the same return rules outlined above.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at managementβs discretion based on product condition and availability.
Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy or show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.
